How to Stop Domain Auto-Renewal or Cancel Your Domain

  • 0

If you no longer need your domain or want to prevent it from automatically renewing, follow these steps in your DoHost Client Area.

1. Navigate to Your Domains

  • Login to your Account.
  • In the Client Area, click on Domains and select My Domains from the dropdown menu.

2. Select Your Domain

  • Find the domain for which you need the EPP code.
  • Click the Active button next to this domain to access its management settings.

3. Disable Auto-Renewal

  • In the domain management page, locate the Auto Renew option.
  • If Auto Renew is enabled, click on Disable Auto Renew to turn off automatic renewal for this domain.

Once disabled, the domain will not automatically renew at the end of its current term. The domain will expire on its expiration date unless manually renewed.

Note: Disabling auto-renewal allows the domain to expire naturally without additional charges. However, if you wish to cancel the domain immediately, please contact DoHost Support for assistance, as immediate cancellation may vary by domain registrar policies.
