How to Retrieve the EPP Code for Your Domain

  • 1

If you need the EPP code (also known as the authorization code) to transfer your domain to another registrar, you can easily obtain it from the DoHost Client Area.

1. Navigate to Your Domains

  • Login to your Account.
  • In the Client Area, click on Domains and select My Domains from the dropdown menu.

2. Select Your Domain

  • Find the domain for which you need the EPP code.
  • Click the Active button next to this domain to access its management settings.

3. Request the EPP Code

  • Once in the domain management page, click on Manage in the sidebar.
  • Select Get EPP Code from the menu options.

This will generate and display the authorization code needed for transferring your domain.

4. Save the EPP Code

Make a note of the EPP code or copy it securely. You’ll need this code to authorize the domain transfer with your new registrar.

Note: Some registrars may also send the EPP code to the registered email address on file for security. If you don’t see the code immediately, check your email inbox for any confirmation messages.
